  • Custom or made‑to‑order designs require additional production time before shipping.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery windows start after your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.

  • In‑stock items: Usually delivered within 3–7 business days within the USA.

  • Custom / personalized / made‑to‑order items: Usually delivered within 7–14 business days.

These time frames are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your shipment’s progress.

Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipping; additional shipping fees may apply.
